Gale Force Rentals has been serving the Delaware and Maryland beach resorts for over 30 years. We are locally owned and operated.
We pride ourselves on providing superior rental products and services to make a vacationer's time at the beach more relaxing and enjoyable.
Many of our emplyees were vacationers to the beach before they moved here. We understand what it is like to sit in traffic on the Bay Bridge or Route 1 and wanting nothing more than to be settled in to your vacation home with your family. We are here to make the whole process easier!
Randy McCreary, Owner
Randy is a serial entrepreneur and owns multiple small businesses. Randy holds and MBA and has a passion for building service oriented teams. Swing into the store to see Randy and his trusty sidekick, Logan the Yellow Labrador.
Sylvia Aldinger, Director of Operations
Great operations managers are rare which makes Sylvia rare! Sylvia oversees all operational aspects of our business from human resource management to production and customer service. Sylvia was a Claims Manager at CNA Insurance and oversaw more than 60 professionals.
Jim Petolicchio, General Manager – New Jersey
Jim was a licensed New Jersey Realtor and worked with both Ocean City Realty and ReMax of Ocean City. Jim was involved in myriad real estate transactions as an investor, realtor and owner of rental units.
Jim was a lead systems integration Manager with ITG Pathfinders and worked on large IT systems implementations with Fortune 500 companies. Jim has myriad technology certifications.
Jim and his wife Heather keep busy with their children, Samantha and Josh. Jim and Heather are highly involved in the autism research and support community. Jim and his family have had a recent addition to the clan in the form of a goofy and energetic Chocolate Labrador named Bailey.
