Our sheets our 800 thread count heaven. We are a small business but the largest sheet rental company at the Delaware beaches. This gives us the ability to buy in large quantities and we have chosen to invest in the best and softest sheets available. They are silk to our competitor’s sandpaper!
No! Just put your soiled linens back in the bags in which they came and we take care of the rest!
We leave your items by the front door or in the car port. If you are renting a unit in a building where items can’t be left in the hall we will fetch a key from the realtor and place your items inside.
We deliver all through the day and do not deliver by appointment. If you require a product at a certain time you can pick it up at our store.
Leave the items back outside or if you are in a high rise where we had to fetch a key to deliver your items leave them near the front door inside the unit.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your order 48 hours prior to your rental start date you will receive a full refund.
Our cribs are made specifically for the rental industry and take less than two minutes to set up.
If the checkout screen becomes grey or the delivery fee is unable to be calculated, navigate to the top left of the screen and select the change address option and re-enter your rental address by selecting add address. Once your rental address is entered, the checkout should calculate delivery fees and allow you to proceed.
If you wish to make changes to your order more than 10 days prior to your check-in, this can be done without incurring additional fees, just give our office a call. Within 10 days of check-in, our orders have already been packed. Any linen additions within 10 days of check in will be deemed a new order with an additional delivery fee. Any requests for linen removal or reductions within 10 days of check-in will incur a $40 change fee.
